Is Commit a replacement for therapy?
No. Commit is a decision support tool, not a mental health service. If you're dealing with anxiety, depression, or other mental health concerns, please consult a qualified professional.
How do I delete my data?
Go to Settings > Reset App to clear all your data, or simply uninstall the app. Since all data is stored locally, uninstalling removes everything.
