By downloading, installing, or using the Commit mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Commit provides AI-powered decision support, helping users think through choices, identify patterns in their decision-making, and commit to decisions with confidence. The App is designed to help users stop overthinking and start deciding.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

Important: Commit provides general decision support only. We are not licensed therapists, financial advisors, or legal professionals. Our AI-generated insights should not replace professional advice for major life decisions.

The guidance provided is based on AI analysis and may not account for all factors in your specific situation.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Commit and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App or decisions made based on its guidance.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Take responsibility for your own decisions
• Consult qualified professionals for major life decisions when appropriate
• Keep your device and App access secure
• Not use the App for harmful, illegal, or unethical purposes

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services for AI processing. Your use of these features is subject to the respective third-party terms of service.

8. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Commit offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the chosen plan.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Termination
